蒲種新鎮酒店 (EA Hotel New Town)

The hotel is located in a quiet area of central Prague, yet it’s just a 10–15 minute walk to Franz Kafka’s Head and the Old Town Square. There’s a metro station and several tram stops nearby, making it easy to get around the city. Breakfast is served hot and includes options like omelets, sausages, potatoes, vegetables, a selection of pastries, cereals, and a coffee machine that makes proper cappuccinos. The room looked just like in the photos. However, the TV couldn’t be turned off using the remote, and the heated towel rack in the bathroom wasn’t working.

The only good part about this hotel is the location and that the rooms look recently renovated, everything else is poor. This booking was a last minute after not being lucky with the one we have checked in, location is great just a walk from Muzeum and its metro station. Lobby and the corridors smelled badly of cigarette odor, receptionist was not the most accommodating while our check in, first room we were in had new furniture, but the cleanliness was horrid, cups were dirty and the bathroom didn't see a cleaning agent for days. The door was broken too, like someone tried to blast it open with force and then the engineer just screwed it lazily back up. The heating was broken, during October Czech Republic can get really cold during night and the aircon was just blasting cold air at us. We complained downstairs at the reception and they eventually gave us another room, where the heating will work... Safe to say it didn't. It wasn't blasting cold air anymore but it wasn't heating anything either. The windows aren't insulated either. Breakfast was horrid, the selection was poor, the juices were poor (mixed from a machine), everything looked stale, all of this happening while the staff was enjoying a big bright cake at the bar (at least eat it in the staff room so we dont see)

Very helpful and friendly front desk, the hotel is easy to find, it's clean and pictures are honest. Nearby good food and groceries. Excellent for a short stay. Very quiet rooms on the back of the building.

去地鐵站約8分鐘，10分鐘可到購物區，冷氣嘈到不得了，比4間都係嘈，我住3晚，2日都話搵人整，當然無整到啦！投訴又話間間房都係咁，早餐正常，唔會再住。 但好多謝訂房網站. com幾位幫我跟進的員工，一直跟進住我問題，非常感謝。辛苦你們。

더러 소개 페이지의 사진과 다른 객실을 배정받는 경우가 많은데 여긴 사진이랑 똑같았고, 싱글룸인데도 발코니가 있어서 휴식을 취하기에 좋았습니다. 다만, 객실 위치가 조식 레스토랑 바로 위라서 아침마다 시끄러움에 깼던것 말고는 만족스러웠습니다. 아, 덩치가 있으신 분들은 싱글룸 침대가 작을 수 있을 것 같아요ㅠ,ㅠ 체크인하고 바로 사진을 못찍어서 침대는 조금 어지럽네요ㅠ 그렇지만 깨끗하고 만족하고 편히 쉴 수 있었습니다!😊

酒店接待有善，辦事效率快。雖然近火車站，但拿著大型行李，有一段斜路要行，有啲辛苦。 整體環境寧靜，整潔。

位置很好，去哪兒都方便。服務也熱情，早餐也OK。步行到幾個景點，遠一點的也有電車直達。非常適合citywalk。

Se situé dans la nouvelle ville, 15 minutes à pied de la gare de train, on a une chambre petite dans la cinquième étages, il y a des bruits le matin, les lampes ne fonctionnent pas.

The hotel room was great . Fantastic beds. Bathrooms is spacious. And the ac worked perfectly. Would definitely stay here again.
